Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original Oswin Hyde packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of outdoor wear.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
